Jonas and Megan Blomqvist bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 154 Barbados Dr. in Jupiter from William and Susan Cicio for $500,000 on Sept. 18.

The Cicios bought the property for $446,000 in Aug. 2003. The 2,597-square-foot house in the Jupiter South neighborhood was built in 1999.

Mr. Blomqvist is the vice president of operations at Medical Review Services in West Palm Beach. He has worked in the 401K Department at Wachovia Bank.

He received his B.S. in finance in 2003 from Wake Forest University and an M.B.A. in health care policy and administration in 2009 from the University of Miami School of Business.

Mrs. Blomqvist works as a marketing manager at Palm Beach Media Group.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 1,122 home sales in Jupiter during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $240,000.
