Stephanie and Todd Eberline bought a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 363 Magnolia Dr. in Jupiter from Ruben and Jeanette Rubinstein for $395,000 on Sept. 10.

The Rubensteins bought the property for $52,000 in Aug. 2001. The 3,538-square-foot house in the Jupiter South/Abacoa neighborhood was built in 2002.

Mrs. Eberline is a senior communications specialist at the Florida Power & Light Co. She previously served the energy company as a marketing manager. She was also a product marketing manager at Martin Labbe Associates.

She earned a B.S. in business and marketing from Purdue University in 1998 and a M.B.A. from the University of Florida in 2005.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 1,122 home sales in Jupiter during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $240,000.
