Michael and April Pulli sold a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 6241 Brava Way in Boca Del Mar to Vincent and Mary Adams for $350,000 on Sept. 2.

The Pullis paid $375,000 for the property in Jan. 2004. The 2,422-square-foot home in the Boca del Mar South neighborhood was built in 1995.

Mr. Pulli is the president of Pace Americas, a Boca Raton-based company that engages in the design, development and manufacture of digital technology. Before working at Pace, he served as the chief executive officer of the broadcasting company Digital Latin America, was a vice president and director at Motorola and he served a number of financial positions at Allied-Signal Inc.

He received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Rider University and an M.B.A. from Farleigh Dickinson University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 283 sales in Boca del Mar South in 2008, with a median sales price of $177,500.
