Internist acquires 2BD in Highland Beach

Dr. Lesley A. Saketkoo bought a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 4748 S. Ocean Blvd. in Highland Beach from John and Teresa Rushing for $432,000 on Sept. 9.
The Rushings paid $252,000 for the 1,500-square-foot Unit #501 in Oct. 2000. It is one of the 128 units at the 16-story Dalton Place condominium development.
Dr. Saketkoo is an internist with an office in Boynton Beach.
She earned her M.D. from the Tulane University School of Medicine, where she also completed her residency. She served her fellowship at the Louisiana State University School of Medicine.
According to BlockShopper.com, there were 122 sales in Highland Beach in 2008, with a median sales price of $375,000.
