Ophthalmologist buys in Boca Del Mar CDP

Dr. Robert Raden and Nechama Raden bought a two-bath home at 22225 Hollyhock Trail in Boca Del Mar CDP from Jack and Margaret Leiser for $470,000 on Sept. 1.

The 2,472-square-foot house in the Boca Del Mar Central neighborhood was built in 1979.

Dr. Raden is an ophthalmologist at the Retina Center of South Florida.

He graduated from the Yeshiva University Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1995.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 283 home sales in Boca Del Mar CDP in 2008, with a median sales price of $177,500.
