Justin and Sherrone McCareins have listed for sale a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 4320 S. Ocean Blvd. in Highland Beach for $1.35 million.

The McCareins acquired the house for $1.1 million in April 2007. The 3,109-square-foot house in the Bel Lido subdivision as built in 1986. John List of Carriage Trade Properties at Lang Realty is the listing agent of the house.

Mr. McCareins is a wide receiver who is currently a free agent. He has played eight NFL seasons with the New York Jets and Tennessee Titans.

McCareins was drafted in the fourth round of the 2001 NFL Draft by the Titans. He had a career-high 813 receiving yards and seven touchdowns for the Titans in 2003, and was traded to Jets following the season. His production declined in each of his four years with New York, and he returned to the Titans for the 2008 season. Tennessee released him prior to the 2009 season.

McCareins has 240 career receptions for 3,676 yards and 16 touchdowns. He attended college at Northern Illinois University.
