Dr. Delroy Louden and Jonice Louden bought a three-bath home at 10519 Cypress Lakes Preserve Dr. Wellington Southeast from Joseph and Linda Cirnigliaro for $315,000 on July 31.
The Cirnigliaros paid $580,000 for the property in July 2006. The 3,569-square-foot house in the Greater Wycliffe neighborhood was built in 2004.
Dr. Louden is a professor at Lincoln University. He has more than thirty years of executive and international experience in academic settings and in the non-profit community.
His has served as director of epidemiology and surveillance at the New York City Department of Health, Bureau of Tuberculosis and he was vice president for research as well as executive director of the center for research in nursing education and community health at the National League for Nursing in New York.
There were 70 home sales in Wellington Southeast in 2008, with a median sales price of $251,000.
