Trading firm exec sells for $4.61M in Palm Beach

Medium 6d46650e7ed0c95ca80b8fe615e2274b Richard M. Fuscone and his wife, Marjorie, sold a 5.5-bath home at 2 Via Los Incas in Palm Beach to Leonore Judith and Robert J. Snyder for $4.61 million on July 14.

The 4,876-square-foot house in the Los Incas subdivision was built in 1980.

Mr. Fuscone is a managing director and founder of Peregrine@Weeden, a Weeden & Co. division which provides fixed-income sales, trading, and research services to clients. He has been in the securities and banking business for three decades.

Prior to that, he served as the chairman and founder of Dover Management LLC, an advisory and investment management services firm, and he held several executive roles at Merrill Lynch & Co., such as managing director and senior vice president, first vice president of Merrill Lynch Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc. and chairman of its capital markets bank in Dublin.

He received his B.A. in history from Dartmouth College and his M.B.A. in finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He attended the advanced management program at the Harvard Business School.

There were 1,889 home sales in West Palm Beach in 2008, with a median sales price of $152,900.
