Dr. Russell Cavallo and Violeta A. Cavallo have listed for sale a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 2575 S. Ocean Blvd. in Highland Beach for $1.195 million.

The Cavallos bought the 2,400-square-foot Unit #304S for $905,000 in April 2006. It is part of the Townhouses of Highland Beach condominium development. Arnold M. Jacobs of Lang Realty is the listing agent of the property.

Dr. Cavallo is an orthopedic surgeon and a partner at the Premier Medical Group. He specializes in trauma and joint reconstructive surgery, shoulder reconstructive surgery, sports medicine and knee surgery. He has served as the assistant team physician for all Duke University athletic teams and the student body. He also served as the team physician for the North Carolina Central University athletic teams.

He earned his degree in biology from Colgate University and his master's in sports medicine from Temple University. He received his medical degree from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, where he also completed his orthopedic surgery residency.

Sales at the Townhouses of Highland Beach were up 40 percent from 2007-08, while the median sales price fell 63 percent during that time.

There were 112 condo sales in Highland Beach in 2008, with a median sale price of $365,000.
