Former Tyco boss Dennis Kozlowski asking $24.9M for Boca estate

Medium ad73b69b0bfd6f7cfaca896eec5d1bb5 Dennis Kozlowski has listed for sale his six-bedroom, 9.5-bath at 4101 Ibis Point Circle in Boca Raton for the asking price of $24.9 million.

The 10,701-square-foot home was built in 1998 in the Sanctuary subdivision, and offers 605 feet of deepwater yacht dockage and a separate coach house.

Joseph Liguori of Premier Estate Properties is the listing agent for the property.

Kozlowski, 62, is the former CEO of Tyco International, the global manufacturing company with domestic headquarters in Princeton, N.J. He joined Tyco in 1975 and was eventually named CEO in 1992, and helped oversee the acquisition of as many 1,000 other companies before 2001.

When he stepped down from the position in 2002, Tyco's diversified portfolio in the security system and electrical and metal product industries claimed a revenue of nearly $35 billion.

He attended Seton Hall University in South Orange, N.J.

There were 1,332 home sales in Boca Raton in 2008, with a median sales price of $300,000.
