Olivia Newton-John spends $4.1M in Jupiter Inlet Colony

Medium c34ac9a1aba3ee5fbe03849cfa905ad7 Olivia Newton-John and her husband, John H. Easterling, bought a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 104 Lighthouse Dr. in Jupiter Inlet Colony from John M. Zuccarelli, III, for $4.1 million on June 3.

The 7,095-square-foot home was built in 1997.

Newton-John is a singer and an actress perhaps best known for her role as Sandy Olsson in the film adaptation of the Broadway musical, Grease. She is a four-time Grammy award winner, and has five number one and ten other top ten Hot 100 singles to go along with two number one Billboard 200 albums.

Her 1974 album If You Love Me, Let Me Know won her two Grammys and included the hit song "I Honestly Love You". She became an even bigger star after the 1978 release of Grease, which was the top box-office movie of that year. The movie's soundtrack was number one for twelve weeks and gave Newton-John three top five singles - "You're The One That I Want", "Hopelessly Devoted To You" and "Summer Knights".

She would appear in another musical, Xanadu, in 1980. The next year she released her most successful album, Physical. The album's title track spent ten weeks as the number one song on the Billboard Top 100.

Easterling is founder and president of Amazon Herb Co., a natural remedy firm.

He graduated from the University of North Carolina with a bachelor's degree in environmental studies.

Zuccarelli is a developer and the incumbent mayor for the town of Jupiter Inlet Colony.

There were four sales in Jupiter Inlet Colony in 2008, with a median price of $2,550,000.
