Tax firm manager selling North Palm Beach 3BD

Martha A. Kinsel has listed for sale a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 703 Cable Beach Lane in North Palm Beach for $449,000.
Kinsel, along with Keith C. Rowe, bought the property for $440,000 in Dec. 2004. The 2,200-square-foot house, which was built in 2000, is in the neighborhood of North Palm Beach West. Jackie Ojakian of Waterfront Properties and Club Communities is the listing agent.
Kinsel serves as manager of the tax services group at Berry, Dunn, McNeil and Parker, a tax firm with offices in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Before she joined Berry Dunn, she was a tax manager for a local tax firm in Boca Raton. She is also a board member of the Dress for Success Southern Maine.
She graduated from Bucknell University.
There were 218 home sales in North Palm Beach in 2008, with a median sales price of $184,950.
