Former tennis director selling Loxahatchee 4BD

Anthony C. Boulle has listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 1835 Stallion Dr. in Loxahatchee for $875,000.

Boulle paid $189,368 for the property in June 2003. The 2,908-square-foot house, which was built in 1977, is in the neighborhood of West of Royal Palm Beach. Roxanne Henry of Illustrated Properties is the listing agent for the home.

Until May 2008, Boulle was the tennis director at the Mar-a-Lago Club in Palm Beach. He has also been director of the Donald J. Trump Pro/Am Tennis Invitational, a tennis tournament that benefits the Prostate Cancer Foundation.

There were 432 sales in Loxahatchee in 2008, with a median sales price of $190,000.
