Lothar and Carlyn Mayer sold a six-bedroom, 8.5-bath home at 6017 N. Old Ocean Blvd. in Ocean Ridge to Yves Moquin for $9 million on May 21.

The Mayers paid $1.2 million for the property in Dec. 2000. The 9,266-square-foot house, which was built in 2003, is in the neighborhood of Ocean Ridge Seaside .

Mr. Mayer has served as director and board member at Online Trading Group Inc. Previously, he served as president and chief executive officer at Liberty Hardware Inc., a supplier of decorative cabinet hardware and various other bath accessories.

There were 38 sales in Ocean Ridge in 2008, with a median sales price of $625,000.
