Franklin and Michelle Reider have listed for sale a lot at 5825 Windsor Court in Boca Raton for $795,000.

Mr. Reider paid $385,384 for the property in Nov. 2008. It is in the Boca Raton Northwest neighborhood. Brian Cudmore is the agent for the listing.

Mr. Reider is the owner of Gol! Resturant in Delray, which specializes in Brazilian cuisine. He was previously a director of Chase Manhattan's Brazilian Bank and a co-managing partner of the Royal Palm Plaza Hotel and Racquet Club, a five-star hotel in São Paulo.

There were 1,259 home sales in Boca Raton in 2008, with a median sales price of $305,000.
