Leon and Judith Duany sold a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 166 E. Bay Cedar Circle in Jupiter to Timothy and Barbara Shea for $323,000 on April 2.

The Duanys paid $635,000 for the property in March 2007. The 2,090-square-foot house was built in 2006.

Mr. Duany is a physician representative at Integrated Practice Resources LLC, a provider of on-site electrodiagnostic testing. He also works in property management with Delray Executive Suites. He previously worked as a property manager with Gold Coast Property Management.

He attended Florida Atlantic University.

There were 964 home sales in Jupiter in 2008, with a median sales price of $250,000.
