Lori Arute and her husband, Wayne, sold a three-bedroom, one-bath home at 3744 Isle Vista Blvd. in Wellington to Marie Rose Coleman for $420,000 on March 26.

The Arutes paid $410,000 for the property in Dec. 2007. The 2,805-square-foot house, which was built in 2003, is in the Wellington South neighborhood.

Mrs. Arute is the owner and manager of Prestige Properties LLC, an independently owned, non-franchised sales agency in Farmington Valley, Conn.

Mr. Arute is broker and managing partner at Prestige Properties LLC in the asset management division headquarters in Berlin, Conn. He previously was a vendor at ReferredAgent.com, an independent real estate site, and a vendor with the Federal National Mortgage Association.

There were 967 home sales in Wellington in 2008, with a median price of $291,000.
