Massage therapist settles in Riviera Beach

Maria Falato and Adrian Adrianov bought a two-bath home at 1215 N. Harbor Dr. in Riviera Beach from Gary and Susan Knopp for $350,000 on March 24.
The Knopps bought the property for $380,000 on June 2004. The 1,200-square-foot house, which was built in 1958, is in the neighborhood of Riviera Beach Bayside.
Falato is a massage therapist and acupressurist in West Palm Beach. She is also a certified Qijong instructor.
Adrianov is the manager of BND LLC in Hallandale Beach.
There were 509 home sales in Riviera Beach in 2008, with a median sales price of $168,950.
