Rahul Aggarwal and Vitasta Matto bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 1227 Egret Circle S. in Jupiter from Gary and Cynthia Vonk for $515,000 on March 25.

The Vonks paid $500,000 for the property in Aug. 2003. The 3,228-square-foot house, which was built in 1998, is in Jupiter South.

Aggarwal is a consultant at Youngsoft Inc., a software consulting and services organization. He also serves as an enterprise application architect with the Florida House of Representatives.

He earned a degree in mechanical engineering from the Delhi College of Engineering.

Mr. Vonk is the president of the Keiser University West Palm Beach Campus and a director at the Keyes Co. Prior to that, he served in executive positions at Cyrk Inc., Midas International, Powersports, Inc., Crescent Jewelers, Snappy Car Rental, Pep Boys and Thrifty Drug Store.

He earned a degree in production and operations management from San Diego State University, an M.B.A. from Florida Atlantic University and a doctorate of business administration in entrepreneurship at Walden University.

There were 964 home sales in Jupiter in 2008, with a median sales price of $250,000.
