The Dauphinaises purchased the property for $545,000 in Dec. 2005. The 2,506-square-foot house, which was built in 2005, is in the Jupiter South neighborhood.

Mr. Ricci is an associate at Searcy Denney Scarola Barnhart & Shipley in their Tallahassee office. He practices in the areas of automotive crashworthiness, products liability, automobile negligence and medical malpractice. Prior to that, he served as associate at Ricci-Leopold P.A. and was an auto safety policy analyst at Public Citizen in Washington, D.C., the oldest and largest non-profit consumer advocacy organization.

He received his B.S. from Georgetown College and his J.D. from Georgetown University.

There were 964 home sales in Jupiter in 2008, with a median sales price of $250,000.
