The 3,384-square-foot condo, which was built in 1982, is in the North Palm Beach East neighborhood. It is part of the Old Port Cove Lake Point condominium development.

Bennett is a psychotherapist at the Transformational Studies Institute in Jupiter, a center which offers innovative therapies for health and personal empowerment. She is a licensed clinical social worker and certified addiction professional with 20 years of professional experience specialized in chemical dependency, dual diagnosis and relationship issues. Previously, she worked at the Wayside House for 10 years, a residential treatment center for chemically dependent women.

Sales at Old Port Cove Lake Point were down 14.3 percent from 2007-08, while the median sales price rose 8.5 percent during that time.

There were 139 condo sales in North Palm Beach in 2008, with a median sales price of $160,000.
