The 3,071-square-foot house, which was built in 1982, is in the Paga Area neighborhood.

Barnett is an attorney at G. Barnett & Associates in Miami.

He received degrees in chemistry and history from Duke University and his J.D. from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law.
