Larry and Deborah Viens sold a five-bedroom, 6.5-bath home at 408 Savoie Dr. in Palm Beach Gardens to Ron and Patricia Schiappa for $1.115 million on March 9.

The Viens acquired the property for $1,162,016 in Jan. 2006. The 5,333-square-foot house in the Frenchmans Reserve neighborhood was built in 2005.

Mr. Viens serves as the chief executive officer of Sunshine Plumbing Supply, a worldwide exporter and distributor of plumbing supplies, pipe, valves and fittings.

There were 974 sales in Palm Beach Gardens in 2008, with a median price of $260,534.
