Lincoln Terzian and Donna Dileo bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 6976 Imperial Beach Dr. in West Delray from Stephen A. Mione for $500,000 on Feb. 17.

Mione bought the property for $480,522 in July 2006. The 2,320-square-foot house, which was built in 2006, is in the neighborhood of Valencia Palms.

Mr. Terzian is a licensed CPA who has served as KPMG’s lead international tax engagement manager for PepsiCo. He has also worked with clients like General Electric, IBM and Daewoo in international tax-related matters. He joined KPMG in 1993.

He has a undergraduate degree in accounting from Marist College, a law degree from Seton Hall University and his LL.M. from the NYU School of Law.

There were 1,197 home sales in West Delray in 2008, with a median sales price of $89,000.
