Christian M. Boudon and Cecile Bugaut-Boudon sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 2657 Windwood Way in Royal Palm Beach to Irene V. Sidebotham for $390,000 on Feb. 12.

The Boudons bought the property for $623,500 in Nov. 2005. The 2,834-square-foot Mediterranean-style house, which was built in 2002, is in the neighborhood of Madison Green.

Mr. Boudon is a driving coach who has worked with champion race car drivers such as Franck Perera, Franck Montagny, Nelson Philippe and Richard Philippe. He owns CBC-Group, which provides consulting and management services in the car racing arena.

There were 631 home sales in Royal Palm Beach in 2008, with median sales price of $186,000.
