The Bahrs paid $755,000 for the property in Dec. 2003. The 3,847-square-foot house, which was built in 1985, is in the neighborhood of Woodfield Hunt Club.

Ms. Bahr is the founder and president at Yurcor, a software and services provider headquartered in Delray Beach. She leads the company’s strategic, corporate, and business development.

Mr. Bahr is a member of the advisory team of Yurcor. He has more than 20 years of experience in developing information systems.

There were 1,287 sales in Boca Raton in 2008, with a median sales price of $315,000.
