Cheponis, along with Mindy Cheponis, paid $596,201 for the property in July 2001. The 3,820-square-foot house, which was built in 2001, is in the Parc Chandon at Mizners Preserve neighborhood.

Cheponis is the founder and chief executive officer of Symmetrical Stair, Inc., a design, manufacturer and installer of staircases and railing systems. He has also been the president, treasurer, secretary and director of Florida Rail Replacement, Inc.
