McVey serves as president of the commercial services division at USIS, an information and security services company headquartered in Falls Church, Va. Prior to joining USIS in Feb. 2008, he was vice president of business operations at ADT Security Services, Inc.

He also served a variety of roles at Tyco Fire & Security, including Southeastern region vice president. He was an intelligence officer in the U.S. Army as well.
