Dave and Catherine Zimet have listed for sale a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 3164 Saint Annes Place in Boca Raton for $2.695 million.

The Zimets paid $1,444,134 for the property in Aug. 2003. The 4,306-square-foot home, which was built in 1988, is in the neighborhood of Woodfield Country Club. Elliot S. Koolik is the agent for the listing.

Mr. Zimet is a chief operating officer at CES Virtual Offices, a Boca Raton-based company that offers virtual office programs. He has been with the company for more than 12 years.

There were 1,297 sales in Boca Raton in 2008, with a median price of $318,000.
