Adriana Vale and Frank J. Barbato bought a two-bath home at 5050 Marlin Road in North Palm Beach from Karl and Hope Wright for $380,000 on March 4.

The Wrights bought the property for $217,000 in Aug. 2002. The 2,396-square-foot house, which was built in 1958, is in the neighborhood of Country Club.

Ms. Vale has worked as a senior help desk administrator at Cross Match Technologies, Inc., in North Palm Beach. She has also worked for Ross, Applied Computing Technology and the U.S. Navy.

She attended the University of Phoenix-Axia College.

There were 215 home sales in North Palm Beach in 2008, with median sales price of $196,990.
