Internist settles in Wellington 5BD

Dr. Rahat Abbas and Aneela Abbas bought a five-bedroom, 7.5-bath home at 2736 Treanor Terrace in Wellington for $740,000 on March 3.
The 5,681-square-foot house, which was built in 2006, is in the neighborhood of Olympia.
Dr. Abbas is an internist at Everglades Medical Group in Belle Glade. He is also affiliated with Wellington Regional Medical Center and Palms West Hospital in Loxahatchee.
He earned his medical degree at Dow Medical College (1990) and completed his residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine.
There were 997 home sales in Wellington in 2008, with a median sales price of $295,525.
