Stuart and Shawn Andrus sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 107 Faith Way in Jupiter to Timothy J. Bach for $480,000 on March 3.

The Andruses bought the property for $515,000 in Oct. 2005. The 2,918-square-foot house, which was built in 1998, is in the neighborhood of Sims Cay.

Stuart Andrus has served as assistant vice president of sales at BellSouth as well as assistant vice president of the Southeast Florida region for the company.

He received his bachelor's degree in marketing from Louisiana State University in 1984.

There were 1,007 home sales in Jupiter in 2008, with a median sales price of $255,000.
