Groceries wholesaler selling West Delray 4BD condo

Harold M. Ickovics and Edie Robinson have listed for sale their four-bedroom, four-bath condo at 16049 Brier Creek Dr. in West Delray for $695,000.
Ickovics and Robinson paid $802,500 for the property in Aug. 2004. The 3,514-square-foot condo, built in 2000, is part of the Mizner Country Club.
Ickovics is owner and president of Great American Beauty, a Boca Raton-based wholesaler of groceries and related products. The company was formed in 2005.
Sales at the Mizer Country Club were down 66.7 percent from 2007-08, while the median sales price fell 18.1 percent during that time.
There were 1,098 condo sales in West Delray in 2008, with a median price of $81,500.
