Dr. Adam Gittleman bought a three-bedroom, three-bath condo at 6569 NW 39th Terrace in Boca Raton from June and Leon Cantor for $815,000 on Feb. 25.

The 3,439-square-foot unit was built in 1996. It is part of the Woodfield C.C. condominium development.

Dr. Gittleman is a neuroradiologist at JFK Medical Center in Lake Worth. He is also affiliated with the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and Winthrop University Hospital in New York.

He received his M.D. from Tel Aviv University’s Sackler School of Medicine in 1999 and finished his residency in surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in 2000. He completed his diagnostic radiology residency at Winthrop University Hospital and his neuroradiology fellowship at Stanford University Medical Center.

Sales at the Woodfield C.C. were down 5.4 percent from 2007-08, while the median sales price fell 13.2 percent during that time.

There were 1,316 home sales in Boca Raton in 2008, with a median sales price of $323,750.
