Russell and Rosemary McNair sold a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 4383 Gleneagles Dr. in West Boynton to Dr. Jorge L. Macia and Rosa M. Marin for $675,000 on Feb. 25.

The 3,028-square-foot house, which was built in 1996, is in the Pine Tree Golf Club neighborhood.

Mr. McNair is a member of the Dickinson Wright law office in Michigan. He specializes in banking, consumer and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and real estate law.

Previously, he was an adjunct professor at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and at Wayne State University Law School.

He received his A.B. from Princeton University and his J.D. from the University of Michigan.

Dr. Macia is a family practitioner at Bethesda Memorial Hospital in Boynton Beach.

He received his M.D. from Escuela Autonoma de Ciencias Medicas de Centro America Sabana Oeste in San Jose, Costa Rica. He completed his family practice training at the Wayne State University Detroit Medical Center.

There were 917 home sales in West Boynton in 2008, with a median sales price of $235,000.
