Curtis L. Blake and his wife, Patricia, sold a three-bedroom, two-bath condo at 330 Cocoanut Row in Palm Beach to Barbara M. Annan for $925,000 on Feb. 24.

The Blakes paid $870,000 for the property in 2005. The 1,540-square-foot Unit #0012 was constructed in 1982.

Mr. Blake co-founded Friendly's Ice Cream Corp., with his brother in Springfield, Mass., in 1935. He sold the company in 1979 but continues to be a major stockholder of the firm.

There were 205 condo sales in Palm Beach in 2008, with a median sales price of $500,000.
