The Nemeths paid $380,000 for the unit in Nov. 2004. The 1,434-square-foot condo is part of the Delray Summit development.

Dr. Nemeth has been an optician in South Bend, Ind.

Nemeth Jr. has served a number of position with Patrick Industries, Inc., in Elkhart, Ind., including director, executive vice president, chief financial officer, secretary and treasurer. The company produces products for the manufactured housing and recreational vehicle industries.

Sales at the Delray Summit were down 50 percent from 2006-07, while the median sales price fell 26.6 percent.

There were 660 sales in Delray Beach in 2008, with a median sales price of $145,000.
