Mark Sansonette and Susan Winthrop are selling a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath condo at 16397 Braeburn Ridge Trail in West Delray for $999,900.

Sansonette and Winthrop paid $678,448 for the 4,035-square-foot unit in Aug. 2003. It is part of the Mizner Country Club development.

Sansonette has served as director of JWS Capital Partners in Boca Raton. He has also worked with World Glass Imports in Delray Beach.

Sales at the Mizner C.C. were down 66.7 percent from 2006-07, while the median sales price fell 18.1 percent during that time.

There were 1,056 sales in West Delray in 2008, with a median sales price of $80,000.
