Cynthia and Roland Herns are selling their three-bedroom, three-bath condo at 151 Esperanza Way in Palm Beach Gardens for $649,000.

The Hernses paid $585,000 for the condo in July 2007. The unit is part of the Mirasol condominium development.

Ms. Herns is a realtor with Illustrated Properties in Jupiter, Fla. She has 25 years of marketing and sales experience in consumer products, pharmaceuticals and real estate.

She has a B.A. in economics and an M.B.A. in marketing.

Sales at the Mirasol were down 21.9 percent from 2006-07, while the median sales price fell 14.8 percent during that time.

There were 660 sales in Palm Beach Gardens in 2008, with a median sales price of $230,000.
