John and Mary Coban are selling a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath condo at 3573 N.W. Clubside Circle in Boca Raton for $805,000.

The Cobans paid $702,500 for the property in May 2001. The 3,446-square-foot unit is part of the Woodfield C.C. condominium development.

Mr. Coban is a director with Pershing, LLC, a provider of financial business solutions. Prior to joining that company in Dec. 2008, he spent 17 years as a senior vice president with LaSalle Bank.

Sales at the Woodfield C.C. were down 5.4 percent from 2006-07, while the median sales price also fell 13.2 percent during that time.

There were 746 sales in Boca Raton in 2008, with a median sales price of $255,000.
