Frank A. Strasz bought a two-bath home at 839 Dover St. in Boca Raton from Robert and Paula Catino for $575,000 on Feb. 5.

The Catinos paid $441,350 for the property in April 2001. The 1,890-square-foot house, which was built in 1970, is in the Bel Marra neighborhood.

Strasz is a technical consultant with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the president and founder of Strasz Computer Consulting, Inc. Previously, he worked as a senior project manager at Cysive.

He earned his degree in electrical engineering from Rutgers.

Ms. Catino is a real estate professional in Boca Raton.

There were 1,297 home sales in Boca Raton in 2008, with a median sales price of $325,000.
