Dr. John Knispel and Tira Knispel are selling their three-bedroom, three-bath condo at 3920 N. Ocean Dr. in Riviera Beach for $1.995 million.

The Knispels paid $1.195 million for Unit #4A in Nov. 2004. It is one of 38 condos at the Oasis Singer Island condominium development.

Dr. Knispel is the regional medical director for the Florida commercial markets with Humana. He previously worked with Humana from 2001 to 2004 as medical director of the Humana Military Area Field Office.

For the last two years, he served as vice president and chief medical officer of AMERIGROUP Florida, a public-sector managed health services company. He also has 30 years of experience in clinical practice, with board certification in obstetrics and gynecology.

He is a graduate of Georgetown School of Medicine and achieved the rank of Lt. Commander in the U.S. Navy.

There were 527 sales in Riviera Beach in 2008, with a median sales price of $182,000.
