The Mentas paid $569,000 for the property in Jan. 2005. The 4,066-square-foot house was built in 2003.

Mrs. Menta is a registered pharmacist and a hormone counselor specializing in bioidentical hormone consultations, physician training and alternative natural therapies.

Mr. Menta is an independent arts and crafts professional.

He graduated from NYC Technical College in 1984 with a degree in commercial art.

There were 1,060 sales in Wellington in 2008, with a median sales price of $305,000.
