University branch director sells Boca Raton 4BD

Gerd and Kay Mueller sold a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 763 Camino Lakes Circle in Boca Raton to David and Suzanne Ramsey for $703,000 on Feb. 19.

The 3,162-square-foot house, which was built in 1983, is in the Camino Lakes neighborhood.

Mr. Mueller is a training and coaching consultant and professional. He has served as branch director with Unisys University in Coral Springs.

He attended the University of Dallas.

There were 1,322 home sales in Boca Raton in 2008, with a median price of $320,000.
