Dr. Jerry J. Cattelane, Jr., and Elvan Tahaoglu bought a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 11909 Osprey Pointe Circle in Wellington from William and April Marudas for $478,000 on Feb. 18.

The Marudases paid $373,189 for the property in July 2002, the same year it was built. The 3,668-square-foot house is located in the Isles at Wellington.

Dr. Cattelane has been an emergency physician and family practitioner at Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown, N.Y.

He has an M.S. from the University of Buffalo and an M.D. from the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his medical internship at Millcreek Community Hospital in Erie, Pa.

There were 1,058 sales in Wellington in 2008, with a median price of $305,000.
