Stephen and Lynn Goldsworth sold a three-bedroom, three-bath condo at 9628 Via Elegante in Wellington to Milton and Adrianne Taubman for $402,500 on Feb. 17.

The Goldsworths paid $386,525 for the property in Jan. 2005. The 2,322-square-foot condo, which was built in 2004, is part of the Buena Vida condominium development

Mr. Goldsworth is vice president of investments at UBS Financial Services in Palm Beach Gardens.

He holds a B.S. from the University of Miami.

Sales at Buena Vida were down 57.1 percent from 2006-07, while the median sales price fell 13 percent during the same time period.

There were 1,058 sales in Wellington in 2008, with a median price of $216,500.
