Richard M. Krasno and Carin B. Krasno sold a three-bedroom, three-bath condo at 790 Andrews Ave. in Delray Beach to Susan B. Ambrecht for $600,000 on Feb. 10.

The Krasnos bought the 2,306-square-foot Unit #2010 for $360,000 in March 2001. The unit is part of the Landings of Delray Beach.

Mr. Krasno has served as president of the four William R. Kenan, Jr., funds since 1999.

Prior to that, he was president of the Monterey Institute of International Studies in California and president and chief executive officer of the Institute of International Education in New York. He has also taught at the University of Chicago, Stanford University, University of Massachusetts and the University of Santiago de Compostela in Spain, where he was a Fulbright professor.

He holds a Ph.D. from Stanford University.

Sales at the Landings of Delray Beach were down 50 percent from 2006-07, while the median sales price jumped 34.3 percent.

There were 693 condo sales in Delray Beach in 2008, with a median sales price of $144,500.
