Laurette J. Dreisbach has listed for sale a three-bedroom, four-bath condo at 2901 S. Ocean Blvd. in Highland Beach for $1.25 million.

Mrs. Dreisbach, along with Thomas S. Dreisbach, bought the 2,525-square-foot Unit #0 for $1.2 million in Feb. 2005. It is in the Highlands Place condominium development.

Mr. Dreisbach was the owner of Dreisbach & Sons Cadillac, an auto dealership in Detroit. The company was acquired by Don Massey, a Plymouth-based dealer, in 1996.

He was a 1948 graduate of Purdue University.

Mr. Dreisbach died in 2006 at the age of 81.

Sales at Highlands Place were unchanged from 2006-07, while the median sales price rose 119.2 percent.

There were 145 condo sales in Highland Beach in 2008, with median sales price of $417,250.
