Fashion designer gets Riviera Beach 3BD

Shae C. Buss bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 3557 Oleander Terrace in Riviera Beach from Sonoma Bay Inc. for $305,000 on Feb. 11.
The 1,525-square-foot, single-story house was built in 2006.
Buss is a tech designer with the fashion company Charlotte Taranotla. She specializes in woman's contemporary knits and sweaters.
Previously, she held tech designer positions with Jinco Jeans, Earl Jeans, Nautica Jeans and Fishman and Tobin. She was also a senior merchandising assistant and production coordinator for Bugle Boy Industries.
There were 536 home sales in Riviera Beach in 2008, with a median sales price of $184,000.
