Dr. Arthur Handal and Christine Handal have listed for sale a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 10875 El Paraiso Place in West Delray for $1.6 million.

The Handals paid $1,091,500 for the property in Jan. 2006. The 2,393-square-foot house was built in 1980.

Dr. Handal is a plastic surgeon who operates his own private practice, Handal Plastic Surgery, in Boca Raton.

He earned his bachelor’s from New York University and his M.D. from Chicago/UHS Medical School. He completed his general surgery residency at Maimonades Medical Center-Coney Island Hospital and his plastic surgery residency at the State University of New York-King County Hospital.

There were 1,272 home sales in West Delray in 2008, with a median price of $95,000.
